Megan Colucci

Hello, I’m Megan, and I have been passionate about art my whole life. I went from doodling on the margins of my math homework to going to Sheridan College in Ontario, Canada, for Visual and Creative Arts. From there, I worked as a recreational coordinator at retirement homes, doing arts and crafts with the residents and teaching art classes to children of all ages.

What motivates me with art is engaging with other people’s interests, events, memories, and enjoyment. I love to capture a specific event, person, or pet and create an art piece that invokes that person’s feelings during that moment. Art has always helped me relive my best moments, and it also has helped me remember the people I’ve lost in my life. I find much joy in having others experience the same thing through my art.
